What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, test type and target band), and study data generated as you use the platform — practice answers, mock results, written submissions and speaking recordings.
We also collect basic technical information such as browser type and device, used only to keep the service working correctly.
How we use it
To score your practice, produce band estimates, generate your study plan and allow tutors to review your submissions.
Aggregated, anonymised data helps us improve question quality and the accuracy of band estimates. Individual submissions are never published.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Tutors marking your work see your submissions and score history. Payment processors receive only what is needed to complete a transaction.
Retention and your rights
Study data is retained while your account is active and for 24 months afterwards. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a small number of analytics cookies to understand which lessons are completed. You can refuse analytics cookies without losing functionality.
